After lunch we walked around town, looked in some shops and found a
“candle shop” where the candles were 75% off.  Oh ho, great buy and so of
course we bought a “smelly” candle and a tart candle holder so we could
burn our Yankee Tart, plus some aromatherapy candles. All of these scents
should just make our motor home smell soooo good.

We met a really nice couple, celebrating their wedding anniversary.  They
were looking at the Christmas Village in the back of a gift store.  Of course,
we were there at the same time and talked about collecting “Christmas
Village” stuff.   They were having a Circus Theme this Christmas.  They told
us that last year they came to the same store after Christmas and got great
deals on village houses and things.  He also told me how to change optic
bulbs and clean the fibers.  Hope I remember all he told me when the time
comes to set my village up.   Talking about it and seeing all the stuff sure
does make me miss my Christmas Village.  When we finally settle down it is
going to be great to get it all out.   Before that I will have to start buying new
things for my village.

On our way home we found a car wash and cleaned the Nissan.  It truly
needed a cleaning since it has sat under trees at Ocean where the “big
birds” perch.  It looks so nice now tomorrow before we head to Refugio State
Beach we have to wash the motor home.  Want it to look real spiffy when we
get the Carpinteria.  They won’t recognize us in this motor home since we
left in March pulling the 1987 Alfa trailer.

Before we left this morning we went to the office and paid for another night
here.  It is a great place to stay.  Darn, they didn’t give us another cookie.

Did a couple loads of laundry.  It is so convenient to us – right across the
small street.  Now we don’t have to worry about finding a place to do laundry
in Valencia when we are at Camping World.

Danny fixed the plug for the lights from the motor home to the car that we
ruined coming here.  It cost about $2.00 instead of $200.00.  I do love this
guy.  He is so resourceful and makes me almost forget my stress when
things go wrong.  I thought this was major, and it was really only minor.
Yipee, he is my hero.

Was on the internet this evening.  Of course it was Facebook.  I met two new
friends tonight.  Nicole and Lillee.  Both seem really nice and I truly enjoyed
talking to each of

them.  I, of course, had to talk to my Rileigh and her Kyle. New love is so
grand!! Hope they take it slow and easy and enjoy being best friends too.

Debbie text me and said Chance had 10 teeth pulled.  Poor little dog.  She
said he was still sleeping.  She was playing a board game with the boys,
Mark is in Anaheim for his job.

Tomorrow we head out to Refugio State Beach.  It will be different than here
at the Resort.  Kind of comparing it to:  Motel 6 to Hilton Hotel.  I could easily
get use to this “Hilton” style!

Well, it is getting late and I need to get some sleep so that I can be ready to
travel in the morning.

Can’t believe it is getting so close to Thanksgiving.  Seems we have waited
so long for Thanksgiving to come and our time at Disneyland.  We still have
2 weeks but it is coming up fast.  Am sure it will be over faster than it came.  I
am looking forward to it.  I love the atmosphere at Disneyland.

Goodnight.
