| Mon. Nov. 23, 2009 – Another beautiful day here in Paradise called Malibu. We had pancakes, bacon and coffee outside on the picnic table in the glorious sunshine with the beautiful view of the ocean. We ate and watched the boats trawling for seafood. It was hard to get up and clean up the dishes. Thank goodness for paper products. After breakfast we had to find a bank and took care of business and now we get to play. We found out where “downtown Malibu” was. Actually it looks like Malibu is 27 miles of beach and lots of beautiful houses. We found a strip mall and walked around. It was so much fun just watching people. We had lunch at CooGers Beach Café. A little pricey and very busy but the food was good and it was fun to again, watch all the people. I just Know there were stars and other entertainment people, and well known people eating there but I didn’t recognize anyone. You could tell some of them because of the acknowledgement from other people and the handshakes and smiles. Oh well, had a great lunch with my honey. Page 23 We went to the drugstore and bought a couple of smelly candles and looked at the Christmas stuff and then went to Ralph’s grocery store and picked up a few of the things we needed. We got home about 3pm and decided to just hang out and enjoy the view. The wind started to blow but it was a warm wind. We worked on the computer and enjoyed the football game and dancing with the stars. We only have one more day and night here.
