| Sun. Dec. 27, 2009 – Sunday morning and it is COLD. I went to Mass at 9am and Danny finished up putting the water filters under the sink. Decided we needed to drive to Las Vegas and take back the coffee pot that doesn’t work anymore. That is a trip to Costco in Las Vegas. We have no idea where it is but our map says there are 3 in Las Vegas. It is nice outside right now but it is suppose to be cold later on. It usually gets cold when the sun goes down. Wonder if we will be back buy then? We found Costco, with the help from FIONA (Danny’s phone GPS). It was a nice Costco, took our coffee pot back and decided to snack around Costco. This is one of Page 50 those trips where we really didn’t need anything in particular and decided not to buy anything that we didn’t have to have. We ended up buying some of our vitamins and Acai Berry to start seeing if we can get healthier. We had a Costco hot dog and soda and then headed out. Do we go home or do we stay here and what will we do if we stay here. We ended up heading home. It was getting dark and cold. Got home and began to figure out where we would head when we left here and head towards Tulare. This is going to take some time and patience. Got a preliminary trip done but it needs work. Will work on it tomorrow after bank, laundry, wine tasting and winery tour. Got to get those things done, we are leaving on Wed. Got an email from our friend Bev from Idaho. She said our mutual friends Sue and Rod were living here in Pahrump. We called but the number is not a working number. We called Bev and left here a message that we are here and to let us know how to get hold of Sue and Rod and then I emailed Bev to let me know. Hope we find out tomorrow so we can contact them before we leave. Well, so much for our last Sunday in Pahrump. Time to close down the computer and get some sleep so we can get an early start tomorrow. We can’t miss the wine tasting and the winery tour tomorrow. It will be our last try at the tour. My feel are getting really cold so think I will say goodnight from Pahrump. Lynda click on this link to see our page http://www.camphostcouple.com |
